    I value As per my opinion the job freedom must be in hand at the time of performing the
    activities freely the decision must be share and analysis .A proper chance to provided for
    experiment and alternative methods on work issues.(I started my field in safety officer as a position of fire&safety officer and i am a fresher so i always except or think a proper freedom
    to be given to take a chance .
