- Human Resource Consulting: is considered whenever a company may not have sufficient facilities to handle all stages of the selection process in-house. External agencies and experts in this case handle certain HR tasks for a defined period of time.
- Education and Training: is another essential area of human resource management and encompasses the teaching of the academic discipline of Human Resources to coaching and training staff in-house or as an external consultant.
