  Today in IT field every recruiters are making a contract with the employees with the name of "we are providing training". So if I'm joining to a company for 2 years contract to work with them, then I'm getting a very higher post in another company or an officer post in government within that contract period. What can I do if there is no relaxation with that contract. Should I have to work there for 10k continuously. Should I leave my best opportunity. IT industry is earning 20 times more than what they pay. For this reason they are using Indian minds for lesser pay. We need a solution as our government should block the contractual base system for employees in lesser payment. Or they should increase the amount of pay. Till that employees are still working as a machine with more depreciation
