  In this portal most of the post are posted by recruitment agencies and when we call to their number the talk about their registration fees and first month appointing charges. So, do anyone want it must be free and should posted direct by the companies side

    I've had some experience with recruitment agencies, I haven't always had to pay. Only when I've wanted to access certain 'premium' services. I've also looked for work through recruitment agencies in other countries like France, and there I didn't have to pay either.
    I think that as a job seeker I shouldn't have to pay to get the general services or to have an interview, recruitment agencies already get their cut from my wages when / if I get the job.
